When you need a platform, not Rentia
If you need to collect rent from your tenant by ACH transfer, run a background check before renting to them, sign contracts digitally, or syndicate your units to listing portals, Rentia does none of that and is not going to. That is what the US platforms sell, and they do it well. Their published tiers start at $12 a month and reach $69 a month.
