Refunds and cancellation
What happens when you cancel Rentia Pro, and when money comes back.
In effect since October 8, 2026.
Cancel whenever you want
Rentia Pro is cancelled from the panel, under Plan, without writing to anyone and without explaining why. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
The period already paid for is honoured
Cancellation runs to the end of the period you already paid for: cancel mid-month and Rentia Pro stays active until that month ends. The account then returns to the free plan and your information stays where it is.
Refunds
If the charge was our mistake or a duplicate, we return the full amount. Write to us within 14 days of the charge. Payment is processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, so the refund returns by the same method you paid with and can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
If you bought from an iPhone
A subscription bought inside the iOS app is managed and refunded by Apple, not by Rentia. Those requests go through the App Store; we cannot process them.

Write to info@rentia.me with your account email and the date of the charge. We answer within one business day.
