WhatsApp opens with the text in place
Rentia assembles the message with the amount, the month and the days overdue, and opens the conversation with your tenant. There is no per-message cost: it is the ordinary WhatsApp link.
You decide whether to send it
Rentia never sends anything by itself. The message opens, you read it, you change it if you want, and you press send — or you don't.
It never scolds your tenant
The message states the amount, the month and the date. It does not say «as we reminded you previously» and it does not use exclamation marks. A number is firmer than a reproach, and it does not damage the relationship.
Numbers, not adjectives
«March rent: $400. Outstanding since the 5th.» is the whole message. Your tenant knows exactly what to do, and you did not have to write it.
