The short version: we store what your account statement needs to work, and nothing that would help us sell you something.

Rentia has not opened yet. This page explains how we intend to work; the definitive version, reviewed by a lawyer, is published before launch. If anything you read here matters to you, write to us and we will answer with what is already decided.
The waitlist
If you leave your email on this site, we use it to tell you about the launch. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we do not sign you up to any newsletter.
Product data
When you use Rentia, we store what an account statement needs: your properties, your units, your contracts, the charges and payments you log, and the tenant contact details you enter. They live on our server so you can sign in from any device.
Your tenants' data
Your tenant's data belongs to you and to your tenant. We do not use it for anything other than showing you your own account statement, and we do not cross-reference it against any external database. Rentia runs no background checks and no scores.
Banking data
Rentia never asks for your banking credentials, never reads your transactions and never receives your payments. If you subscribe, the charge is processed by the app store or the payment processor, and your card number never passes through our servers.
Your data is yours
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Deleting the account deletes the history, which is why we let you export it first.
